Rental Agreement

Rental payments apply per week and do not vary for school holidays, public holidays, long weekends or other high seasons.  NO FIXED TERM AGREEMENTS 

 

Weekly rates of :        $550 per week

​Security Deposit :       $2,200 - 4 weeks security deposit is required in advance.  

* Please note that any breakages, damages, carpet cleaning and missing items may be deducted from your security deposit.
